1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using CatcrxEx, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application or its online services.

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use CatcrxEx on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. What CatcrxEx provides

CatcrxEx provides read-only public information and tools for reviewing selected U.S. equities and cryptocurrencies. Features may include market lists, quotes, charts, candles, market summaries, technical indicators, computed signals, watchlists, custom groups, local alert rules, calculators, indicator templates, and analysis notes.

No account or login is required. CatcrxEx does not hold customer funds, provide brokerage services, place orders, or connect to a trading account.

3. Features recorded locally on your device

The following user-controlled features are recorded locally so they can work without a visitor identity, account, or server-side user profile:

These records are not uploaded to CatcrxEx servers and are not synchronized between devices. You are responsible for managing and preserving them. Deleting the application, clearing its data, resetting a feature, or losing access to the device may permanently remove them, except where a platform-controlled device backup is available.

Local alert rules are evaluated only while the relevant application logic is running. They are not server-side alerts and must not be relied upon for time-sensitive trading or risk management.

4. No financial advice

All content, indicators, signals, calculations, labels, and commentary are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not personalized recommendations or an offer, solicitation, endorsement, or instruction to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

You are solely responsible for evaluating information and for any investment or trading decision. Consider obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Trading equities and cryptocurrencies can result in substantial or total loss.

5. Market data and calculated output

Market information may be delayed, aggregated, incomplete, unavailable, or different from data shown by an exchange, broker, or other provider. Technical signals and indicators are calculated from available data and may change when source data is corrected or updated.

CatcrxEx does not guarantee accuracy, sequence, timeliness, completeness, fitness for a trading strategy, or continuous availability. Do not use the service as the sole basis for an investment decision, order timing, valuation, tax filing, or regulatory reporting.

6. Acceptable use

You may use CatcrxEx for personal or internal informational purposes in accordance with applicable law. You must not:

• interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the application, APIs, servers, or networks;
• circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access restrictions;
• use automated extraction or redistribution in a manner that violates law, provider rights, or applicable data licenses;
• misrepresent CatcrxEx content as personalized financial advice or guaranteed results;
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

7. Third-party content and services

CatcrxEx may rely on or link to third-party market-data sources, hosting providers, content-delivery networks, and platform services. Third-party content remains subject to its provider’s terms, availability, methodology, and rights. CatcrxEx is not responsible for third-party services or content outside its control.

8. Intellectual property

The CatcrxEx application, branding, interface, original text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party libraries, market data, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licenses.

These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for its intended purpose. No ownership right is transferred to you.

9. Availability, updates, and termination

Features, supported markets, data sources, calculations, and online endpoints may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Updates may be required for continued operation. CatcrxEx may limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity, or a violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CatcrxEx is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CatcrxEx and its operators, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; trading or investment losses; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity; or damages arising from unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate market information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Changes and general terms

These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.
